Our general fee for a Chapter 7 case is $1500 total (up to 15 creditors and $50,000 in debt). This fee does include the court filing fee of $299. The fee is the same whether you are filing individually or jointly with your spouse. This Chapter is mainly for consumer debts and is used to cancel credit card debts, medical bills, post-repossession debts, post-foreclosure debts, contracts debts, and lawsuits.
