Our general fee for a Chapter 7 case is $2,500 total (up to 15 creditors and $50,000 in debt). This fee includes the court filing fee of $335, which remains the same whether you file individually or jointly with your spouse. This Chapter is mainly for consumer debts and is used to cancel credit card debts, medical bills, post-repossession debts, post-foreclosure debts, contracts debts, and lawsuits.
